Marc Forrat
The Man Behind The Dream!
Marc Camille Forrat, is son of Eveline Jeanne Yvette Pastor Forrat and Camille Ernest Forrat.
Born in Brazil in 1972, Marc was raised by his mother, at the age of 4, parents divorced and mother took the role of superwoman. He grew up learning that, integrity, honor and hard work were a must in one’s life. When Marc was 12 years old, he went to his mother’s Bistro/Health Food store; and “borrowed” a couple of bags of nuts and cookies, next day, he went to the supermarket, got 2 pounds of Nestle Milk Chocolate bars, went home, melted it, crumbled up the cookies and mixed some nuts, on a cookie sheet, he made little clusters and put them in the fridge, he took his first creation to his mom’s place and started giving it away for desert.
